A beautiful bunch of 9 little redheads was born on 3rd OCT 2008. The smallest puppy didn't survive, but 1 boy and his 7 little sisters are doing fine. Little fellows are ready to start conquering the world at the end of November 2008, on the 21st to be precise.

9 suloista pientä punapäätä syntyi 3.10. Pienin ei ihan jaksanut mukana, mutta velipoika ja hänen seitsemän siskoaan voivat hyvin, ja heidän maailmanvalloituksensa lähtee käyntiin luovutuksen merkeissä 21.11. alkaen. Pennuilla on todennäköisesti jo tulevat kodit.

"Nemo" on pian kolmivuotias käytännön metsästyskoira, jolla on erinomaiset terveystulokset (lonkat A, lonkkaindeksi 109, silmät OK J1 4.8.08, PRA-status A) ja mukavan energinen ja mutkaton luonne. Nemo on ihannekorkeuden pienemmällä puoliskolla, 48-49 cm, vahvan punainen ja punanenäinen. Nemoa ei ole käytetty aikaisemmin jalostukseen.

"Nemo" is turning three years soon. He's used in practical hunting, and has excellent health results (Hips A, Hip index 109, eyes clear 8/08, PRA-Status A). He's energetic and easy-going. Nemo is at the smaller side of the recommended size of a toller male, about 48-49 cm, has bright red color and a red nose. This is Nemo's first litter.

"Hilma" on kuusivuotias touhutäti, jonka kohdalla terveystiedoista voi sanoa seuraavaa: lonkat A, kyynärnivelet 0/0, lonkkaindeksi 93, silmät OK J1 4.8.08, PRA-status B. Hilma on kiertänyt näyttelyitä kolmen vara-SERTin ja niin ikään kolmen erinomaisen verran. Hilma on miellyttämisenhaluinen, energinen ja terveellä tavalla tempperamenttinen tapaus. Hilma on kompaktin kokoinen 46 cm:n korkeudellaan ja sillä on tummanpunainen turkki sekä musta pigmentti. Tämä on Hilman kolmas ja viimeinen pentue.

"Hilma" is six years old and a very active lady. Her health results are nice too: Hips A, elbows 0/clear, hip index 93, eyes clear 8/08, PRA-status B. Hilma has been showed a bit, she has three res-CCs. Hilma is eager to please, energetic and has the true toller temperament. She's 46 cm at the withers, has dark red coat and black pigment. This is Hilma's third and last litter.

We're expecting some of the puppies to be PRA-A, some PRA-B. This means none of the puppies are expected to develop PRA. The average of parents hip indexes is 101, which is at the average level of Finnish tollers. The pedigree with all the official information can be found here, at the Finnish Kennel Club's database. Inbreeding percentage is 3,125% when counted with 7 generations, while the level the Finnish Toller Club recommends is below 6,25%. The puppies will this time be named with AC/DC-theme.

Pentueeseen odotan siis sekä PRA-A että B-tyypin pentuja, jotka eivät voi itse siis PRA:han sairastua. Vanhempien lonkkaindeksien keskiarvo on 101, joka on rodun keskiarvon tasoa.
